The throb be throbbing…..been using it consistently for my pains and sometimes I don’t even remember i had a pain. It’s just gone. Depending on where the pain is it may last for hours. I’ve used it on my knee and had to reapply after about an hour but when I use it on my fingers when I’m typing it last like half the day. Game changer!!!!

Idk what Bree puts in her products BUT they definitely do exactly what they’re supposed to do! I put this along side my stomach area, and the bottom of my stomach instant relief from menstrual cramps! Pain fully subsided within 2 to 3 minutes 10 out of 10 highly recommend! Amazing! This works on my migraines and I gave my stepdad to use for his planter fasciitis bc it was tearing him up where he couldnt walk to go to work. This truly is 10/10. Whenever I have any ache or pain I rub it on there. My son is having growing pains, I surely rubbed it on there too
