Customer services replies within 48 Business Hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm(Monday - Friday). Saturday and Sunday are not business days. The 48 hour window begins on the following Monday if the email is sent after 5pm on Friday.)

Shipping
Thank you for your purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a tracking number. Once your tracking number is sent, please send all additional communication to UPS or UPS as it is no longer in our possession. Where is My Order? You can track the status of your order by entering your email address and number portion of your order in our order tracker.

Express Shipping

With Express Processing, your order will leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note:

  • Express processing speeds up our fulfillment time, not the carrier’s delivery time.

  • Once your package leaves our warehouse, shipping and delivery times depend on the carrier.

  • Pink Nookie is not responsible for shipping delays once the order is in transit.

  • Free shipping coupons will only be good for $10. It will not cover the full cost of express shipping. 

Please take note that the shipping window is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT business days.

For holidays, express shipping will resume the business day that our staff return to the office. You will recieve an email updating the customer on when Express Shipping will resume. Please ensure you are subscribed to emails, text messages, and follow us on all socials to be aware of holiday hours and shipipng updates. Choosing express shipping during the holiday season, even with the holiday delays, is not refundable. 

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.

If you select express shipping, receive your order, then have to return it for ANY reason, the express shipping fee WILL NOT be refunded.

By completing checkout, you are agreeing to these shipping terms and conditions. 


Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged after we handed it to UPS or USPS, BrepHreshed LLC is not responsible. All claims must be made with the carrier. Once you receive a tracking number, it's your responsibility to contact the carrier about any issues.If your package arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, please contact the carrier to open up a claim. UPS is responsible for reimbursing you for their negligence.

International Packages

If you are making an international order, please note we use USPS. Once a package leaves the United States to go to your country, the US postal site stops tracking it. You will need to contact the post office or customs in your country with questions concerning your package. Please keep in mind the rules and regulations that your country has for products that are allowed to enter the country. We are not responsible for any items that are held by customs if the country prohibits the items. We are not responsible for additional custom fees we have no control over this.


Invalid Address

If you make a mistake on the address and the package is returned to sender, we will require payment for an additional shipping fee. Please be careful when typing the address, as we would hate for you to repay for shipping. If you no longer want the products, you will not receive a refund on your initial shipping payment because this was paid to the carrier. If your product was sent out or scanned in a facility, they will not refund the postal fee.

Order Errors & Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. Due to the speed at which our team processes and ships orders, we are unable to make any changes once an order is placed—including address corrections. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a mistake is made during checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to attempt rerouting or retrieval. No refunds or replacements will be issued for address errors made by the customer.

Missing a product in your shipment?

First, we apologize for the inconvenience. When this happens, we simply issue a store credit for the cost of the product paid + a portion of the shipping paid.
