I have always known to either wear pads or tampons. Sadly for me, I could not wear tampons because I would get TSS. So I had to wear pads and as a heavy bleeder for 7 days straight in the beginning, I HATED IT !! I had no other choice though so I was stuck.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE. I have officially stopped using tampons and strictly use the panties now. They have shorted my period from 6 days to 3/4 . I have very minimal cramps. Heaven sent. Can’t wait for a bundle to drop 👀👀😂
